Joining Votre Château de Famille as an owner or as a tenant means being part of a family that includes all its potential members. Article I:

The members of Votre Château de Famille are not allowed to:

  • Refuse a reservation on the basis of the colour, ethnic origin, national origin of potential tenants.
  • Publish an advertisement or make any statement containing criteria of dissuasion or preference according to race, skin colour, ethnic origin, national origin.

 

 

Article II:

Members of Votre Château de Famille are not allowed to:

  • Refuse a reservation because of the religion of potential tenants.
  • Publish an ad or make any statement containing criteria of dissuasion or preference according to religion.

 

 

Article III:

Members of Votre Château de Famille are not allowed to:

  • Refuse a reservation because of the sexual orientation of potential tenants.
  • Publish an advertisement or make any statement containing criteria of dissuasion or preference according to sexual orientation.

 

Article IV:

Members of Votre Château de Famille are not allowed to:

  • – Refuse a reservation because of the family situation of potential tenants.
  • – Publish an advertisement or make any statement containing criteria of dissuasion or preference according to family situations

 

Article V:

Members of Votre Château de Famille are not allowed to:

  • – Refuse a reservation because of a real or perceived disability of potential tenants.
  • – Publish an advertisement or make any statement that includes criteria of dissuasion or preference based on a potential tenant’s disability
