It is ideally situated at 7 Route de Saint-Branchs, in Esvres-sur-Indre (37320), in the hamlet of La Villaine, just 15 km southeast of Tours. This prime location allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while still being close to the historic city of Tours and the famous châteaux of the Loire Valley.
The kitchen, the heart of the home, is equipped with a Lacanche range. This professional-grade appliance is perfect for large families or gatherings with friends, allowing you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the sumptuous surroundings.
Outside, an outdoor lounge area awaits you on the terrace, where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Indre Valley.
